Fixtures used for the Layout and CMM Inspection of Wax Patterns, Ceramic Cores, and Castings.

Machining Fixtures; Multiple station CNC/Tombstone fixtures. A wide variety of snag grind & impact grind fixtures. We also make milling and drilling fixtures for large forged blades.

Test Fixtures for Waterflow and Airflow.

Typical floor gauges; Chord Width, Pitch Thickness, Trailing Edge Thickness, Snag Grind Stock and Guillotine style Contour Gauges.

Non contact Laser or Feather Touch Digital Pneumatic transducer gauges for Ceramic cores.

Complex automated electronic gauges used to inspect stock allowance, twist, bow, contour and DO/GFA. These gauges are a combination of or can contain all of the above mentioned requirements. They operate with Pneumatic actuation and digital transducers for gauge output. These readings are then sent to a computer system which utilizes the customers gauging software for analysis.

We design and manufacture different component wax dies used in the assembly of the molds for our foundry customers. (Gating, runners, sprues, etc.).

How We Do It
Our tool and die shop employs sixteen and has all of the standard milling, and grinding capabilities. We also have a bank of seven Fadal CNC milling machines. These machines range in table size from 10"x20" up to 30"x60", giving us the ability to manufacture tooling for the vast majority of all of customers' parts. We use ProCam/CamWorks CNC programming software. Our design department utilizes Kubotek’s KeyCreator full 3d cad software. The software allows us to import almost any file format you have so we can design using your part models.
Our LK G-90-C CMM has a working envelope of 63"x25"x20" with LK Studio software. This tool is used to inspect our own tooling and is available to inspect your production parts. We can use your fixture or manufacture you a fixture to suit your needs.
